Ocean Wise Education also has a variety of self-directed resources to help bring Ocean Literacy into the classroom. Ocean Literacy aims to help everyone understand how humans are connected to the ocean and, in turn, affect its health.
We have three Ocean Literacy Courses available for Elementary, Middle and Secondary school level learners. Explore vital concepts in biology, ecology, earth science, interdisciplinary exploration, and career building. Earn badges as you complete interactive assignments and quizzes, and become an Ocean Wise individual.
The Ocean Wise Education virtual programs are designed to help inspire students to care about the ocean. We want to help all students of any age, background, interest and location to feel empowered about making change, and excited to learn something new.
